- Passport Required; For all attendees a valid passport is required that does not expire for at least 3 months from the day you arrive in Jamaica.
- Upon exit from baggage claim and customs please head to the Hyatt Welcome Lounge located inside the arrivals terminal. When you exit customs look towards the back right and you can't miss it. Please provide hotel your name and Hyatt Zilara as your hotel and they will transfer you directly to the property.
