Travel day to Jamaica for all international attendees (non US team) - *** Check-in time is 3:00pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. Upon exit from customs at the Montego Bay airport, please head to the Hyatt Arrivals Lounge to get transferred quickly to the hotel!
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Attendees are on their own for lunch. The hotel is all-inclusive so enjoy the 5 star cuisine at this property.
7:30pm-10:00pm: Welcome Cocktail Reception - Ballroom Terrace at Hyatt Ziva
- Dinner & drinks will be provided at Welcome Reception.
- After the reception enjoy the evening entertainment at Hyatt Ziva or head to Union Jack'Z Pub for music/sports until 2:00am. For those looking to head back to the Hyatt Zilara, the Store at PotionZ has a DJ until 1:00am each evening.

Activities Day:
- Golf - Please meet in the lobby for transport to the golf course at 8:15am (Collared Shirts Required). 9:00 tee times.
- Spa Treatment - Spa Schedule will be posted 2 weeks prior to event.

There is nightly entertainment each evening at the Hyatt Ziva near the ShakerZ outdoor bar, only a 3-4 minute walk from Hyatt Zilara. After the evening outdoor entertainment a DJ continues the night in the Union Jack'Z Pub until 2:00am. For those looking to stay at Hyatt Zilara, the Store at PotionZ has a DJ until 1:00am each evening.

- Check out is 12:00pm, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. Fuze will only be covering all room charges and 1 activity. All additional charges should not be expensed and covered by the individual.
