Yes, every Fuze President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

All RSVP's must be received by February 24th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

You will be booking your flights for you and your guest with our corporate travel agent, Luxe.

To book your flights please email fuzepresidentsclub@luxetm.com or contact the agent team at (561) 910-0400 ext. 0  

You will be asked to provide your legal name on your passport, birthdate, departure city and preferred travel dates.

Please make sure you utilize our Fuze corporate travel agent above and do not book your flight direct

We ask for all flights to be booked by 3/5/2018.  You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.

Please keep in mind, you will be flying into the CANCUN International airport!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests.  Fuze has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.   The rates are $467 for double occupancy per night for pre or post extension.  Keep in mind this property is all-inclusive and all guests have upgraded rooms.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the on-site meeting required?

Yes the meeting is required for all Fuze employees who are attending the trip!  Please be on time.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will Fuze provide per diem or should we expense meals?
This property is all-inclusive so we ask that Fuze employees do not expense any trip costs.  The only approved expense is for transport from your home to the airport round-trip.  Fuze is handling airport transfers in Mexico.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
